THE TROPHY FOR WOMEN IN THE BUILDING TRADE
Organisé par SEMIN, le Trophée des Talentueuses met en lumière les femmes qui travaillent dans les métiers du bâtiment. Ce concours vise à valoriser leur engagement, leur savoir-faire et leur contribution à un secteur en pleine évolution, autrefois réservés aux hommes.
À travers cette initiative, SEMIN souhaite encourager la mixité dans le bâtiment et rendre hommage à celles qui cassent les codes, dépassent les préjugés et font bouger les lignes par leur parcours exemplaire.
Le Trophée des Talentueuses, c’est tous les deux ans. Alors rendez-vous en 2027 pour la prochaine édition !

« At the 1st Les Talentueuses, we had the chance to meet and talk to many talented women in the construction industry. We had the opportunity to highlight some inspiring and moving career paths !
We are delighted to be renewing the Women in Construction Trophy for a second season in 2025 !
This year we are opening the competition up to the international community, so no matter what country you work in, you are welcome to take part in the Les Talentueuses Season 2 adventure !
Now, more than ever, is the time to honour the women who inspire and drive forward the world of construction every day! Season 1 of Les Talentueuses was a unique human experience that really made an impression on me, and I am really looking forward to sharing this new adventure with the 2025 jury and discovering all this new talent.

- Promote women with remarkable and inspiring stories in the construction industry.
- Shake things up and help accelerate the feminisation of our industry. We are convinced that the issue of diversity and gender is strategic for the future of our industry.
- Attract more female talent to our sector by creating a network/community of women who share the same passion for building.
THE PURPOSE OF THE LES TALENTUEUSES AWARDS IS TO :
- A mixed jury made up of 5 talented women and 5 talented men ensuring representation from across the entire building industry. This jury brings together a panel of talented, dynamic and passionate personalities, who in their own way have left their mark on the history of the building industry.
- 6 categories to showcase all the women involved in the building industry.
- An awards ceremony in June 2025, bringing together the participants, the jury and the event’s partners.
- A €500 prize for each winner and 1 video shoot for the trophy winner: “Art is in the building”.
WHAT FORM WILL IT TAKE ?

- All women, whatever their country of residence, to share their projects and ambitions with us, animated by a common passion: building !

- To share, promote and highlight your expertise, your initiatives and your involvement in the building industry.
- To join the Les Talentueuses community and have the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with many other women in France and abroad who are working in the same sector as you.
- To benefit from the views of a panel of experts representing all the building trades.
